Ray Charles - Georgia on my Mind

'Georgia on my Mind' is a classic blues song written by Hoagy Carmichael and Stuart Gorrell in 1930 and sung by Ray Charles in 1960. The song was originally written for Georgia Carmichael, however, it is universally believed to have been written about the state of Georgia and thus is now the official state song for Georgia.
